Agreement to terms

By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

Our services

morepie provides marketing and growth services for local businesses, including search, social, reviews, website, and related offerings. The specific scope of services is defined in your plan or written agreement with us.

Accounts & eligibility

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract to use our services. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials.

Fees & payment

  • Fees are described in your plan or proposal and billed on a recurring basis unless stated otherwise.
  • Plans are month-to-month unless agreed in writing; advertising spend is separate from management fees.
  • Late or failed payments may result in paused or suspended services.

Client responsibilities

To deliver our services, we may need timely access to your accounts, assets, and approvals. You're responsible for the accuracy and rights to any materials you provide, and for complying with applicable laws in your business.

Intellectual property

Deliverables we create for you become yours upon full payment, except for our pre-existing tools, templates, and know-how, which remain ours. Our website content and brand are owned by morepie and may not be used without permission.

Third-party platforms

Our services rely on third-party platforms (e.g. Google, Meta, payment processors). Your use of those platforms is subject to their terms, and we aren't responsible for their availability, policies, or actions.

Disclaimers

We work hard to drive results, but marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or revenue.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, morepie will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Termination

Either party may end the engagement with notice as described in your plan. Upon termination, you remain responsible for fees incurred, and we'll provide a reasonable handoff of your owned assets.

Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
